Protect Your Investment!

Your Peace of Mind Should Be Guaranteed!

We know that the real estate process is a long, difficult and emotional one.  We have been there before.  Buying a house, condo, or investment property is most likely the biggest financial decision you will ever have to make in your life.  There is alot of uncertainity when it comes to buying a home, but there shouldn’t be when it comes to the general condition of your future home.  When you sign on that dotted line, the only thought in your head should be what color to paint the Master Bedroom.

Pro House Inspectors mission is to provide the ultimate Peace of Mind to our clients. We believe everyone deserves a safe and reliable home.  Somewhere that you can live happily with your family.  Your Peace of Mind is not only our goal, but it is our guarantee!  Here is why we are the right inspection company for you!

1. Our World Class Inspectors

Obviously without competent, well trained inspectors anything else we say does not mean much. Our inspectors are all licensed in Illinois and Certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  But we don’t just stop there.  Our inspectors are committed to continual education and take a number of advanced inspector courses each year.  Our founder has a Master’s in Engineering as well as his Profressional Engineers license.  It is no wonder that Pro House Inspectors was a Top Rated Company by HomeAdvisor.

2. We Bring All the Right Tools

Maybe just as important as having a competent inspector is using an inspector who brings the right type of tools to get the job done well!  We bring a ladder, moisture meter, combustible gas detector, receptacle tester, voltage detector and many more tools with us to every job to ensure we are catching as many defects as possible.  Additionally, we walk every roof we inspect unless it is unsafe to do so.  If a roof is unsafe we do a drone inspection of the roof so you never have to worry about the roof not being closely inspected (most inspectors don’t do this).

3. We Back Up Our Work With The Best Guarantees

Most companies talk the talk, but when it comes to performing work they don’t measure up and leave you hanging in the process.  Not us!  We are so confident that you will be completely satisfied with your inspection that we back up our product with a 200% guarantee.  If you are not happy for any reason, we will give you your money back and pay for another inspector of your choosing (of equal or lesser value) to perform an additional inspection.  There is literally nothing to lose on your end.  But what if something is discovered after you move in that would cost a significant amout to fix?  On top of the 200% guarantee, if we miss a defect within the scope of the inspection and you let us know within 90 days of closing, we will buy the property back from you with InterNACHI’s backing at the price you paid.  We will also let you stay in the house until you find and close on your next property.  No other inspection company in Chicago backs up their work like we do!

4. RecallChek

Pro House Inspectors offers FREE RecallCheks for your home appliances with every full home inspection we do.   We find one recalled appliance for every ten homes we inspected which means other inspectors are missing potentially dangerous fire hazards frequently.  If a manufacturer designs a dangerous product, they MUST recall that item and fix it free of charge! RecallChek will provide the information to resolve any potential recall issues promptly.

How it works: Your home inspector records the model numbers of your built-in home appliances and HVAC systems.  The Model Number Algorithm (MNA) matches your appliances against the RecallChek database of recalled items.  RecallChek issues a report, separate from the home inspection report. This report is emailed directly to you.  Included as a lifetime service with your RecallChek provided free on inspections done by Pro House Inspectors is our monthly email newsletter, RecallTrak. This newsletter notifies the homeowner of any new recalls on your appliances, and offers our helpful Monthly Maintenance Minute updates.
